A Beauty and Wellness Professional eager to upgrade their salon lifestyle
Committed to a seven months or one year contract
Active Cosmetology, Barber or specialty license with the state of Texas, if applicable
Mini-Establishment License issued by the state of Texas
EIN number with the IRS
Suite insurance is recommended (but not required)

Financials
A security deposit is required prior to gaining access to your suite and
your first week membership fee (rental rate) is paid seven days after you move-in!

Tours must be scheduled with at least 24 hours advance notice. Tours are currently conducted during the below hours.
Monday to Friday | 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Saturday | 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
All tours must be scheduled and made in advance.
Walk-in tours are not allowed.
